The works of Jennifer Robson and Robert Newton will be featured in the mixed winter exhibition at the Ruthven Gallery. Robert describes his art as a direct response to the continually evolving natual world, investigating colour, light and shade whilst perpetuating the very traditions of British painting. Jennifer's drawings, whether of horses or self-portraits, display a technical dexterity that is rare in their attempt to capture shape and movement.
