About the gallery
The Ruthven Gallery is Perthshire's newest gallery specialising in contemporary art and framing. Opened in July 2007 by the husband and wife pair, Michael and Suzanne, the gallery has quickly gone on to develop a reputation for exhibiting some of the best in contemporary art and offers something a little different. The gallery is open all year round and hosts a frequently changing programme of exhibitions.
 
Where to find us
The gallery is located in the Perthshire town of Auchterarder. Named the 'Lang Toun' for its famous long town and High Street, it boasts a wide and varied range of speciality shops. The gallery is located in a courtyard just off the High Street behind Cafe Kisa and the Golf Inn.

We're open Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday: 10:00 to 17:00, Wednesday: 10:00 to 13:00 and Thursday: 10:00 to 18:00.
 
Places to stay
Allandale House. Dating back to the early 1700's, Allandale House has seen many changes throughout its long history. Retaining much of its original character and features, it is now a stylish town house offering comfortable and relaxing bed and breakfast.

Gleneagles Hotel. The Gleneagles Hotel is a Five Red Star golf resort set in 850 acres of stunning scenery in Perthshire, Scotland. It celebrated its 80th anniversary in June 2004.
Greenacres. Greenacres is a luxury, self catering accomodation excellently located just a few minutes from the renowned Gleneagles Hotel and Golf Course.
